Prof. Ruth N. Kiraka, an Associate Professor of Management (Strategy and Entrepreneurship) at Strathmore University, Kenya, is a versatile professional. She serves as a researcher, consultant, mentor, and an ACC credentialed coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Prof. Kiraka’s research interests span enterprise development, gender equity, women in leadership, youth entrepreneurship, and management education. She actively collaborates with partners to influence policy and business practices in Kenya.

In her role as a trainer and coach, she designs programs for SME development, develops professional courses for industry practitioners, and provides mentorship to entrepreneurs.
