Victor is a public policy analyst with almost 3 years of experience in policy research, policy analysis, and communications for development in sub-Saharan Africa’s national and regional non-governmental organization settings.

He is passionate about promoting efforts to address the global knowledge gap surrounding the responsible use of data to address development challenges and advance democracy while addressing ethical and social concerns related to data misuse.

Victor holds a Bachelors Degree in Public Policy and Administration from Kenyatta University
