Dr. Purity Kithiru Gitonga

Dr. Purity Kithiru Gitonga heads the National Integrity Academy at the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission. She is an accomplished trainer in ethics, integrity, leadership, HR, and personal development. Dr. Gitonga holds a doctoral degree in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resource Management, Emotional Intelligence, and Leadership. Her notable achievements include receiving the Pan African – CEO Global Award for the Most Influential Women in 2018. She is credited with founding integrity clubs and promoting integrity in Kenyan educational institutions, guided by her ‘KAI’ mantra: Knowledge, Attitude, and Integrity.
