a) Centre for Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law
The Centre for Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law (CIPIT) is a part of Strathmore Law School, and is an innovative Centre for evidence-based research and training in intellectual property and information technology law and policy.

b) Strathmore Dispute Resolution Centre (SDRC)
SDRC was founded in 2012 following a Memorandum of Understanding, between the Strathmore Law School and the Dispute Resolution Centre. It was established on the recognition of the overwhelming demand and insatiable need for effective and efficient resolution of disputes using Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms in Kenya and throughout East Africa. The chronic backlog of cases before the Kenyan courts and high cost of resolving disputes in Kenya, by way of litigation, prompted the founders of SDRC to propose its establishment and offer an efficient and reliable solution to the problem.

c) Strathmore Tax Research Centre (STRC)
The mission of the Strathmore Tax Research Centre (STRC) is to carry out research, provide executive (legal) training, and host conferences in the area of domestic and international tax law.

d) African Centre for Business and Human Rights (ACBHR)
The African Centre for Business and Human Rights (ACBHR) is committed to becoming the leading regional and global research hub through which the multifarious relationships between human rights and business are critically and positively interrogated and developed across academia, policy, legislation and practice. Through partnerships with higher education and research institutions, non-governmental and civil society organisations, local and international foundations, public and private sector bodies and initiatives, ACBHR will cultivate a mutually constitutive dialectic between comprehensive contextually grounded research and both business and human rights activities.

Centre for Research in Therapeutic Sciences (CREATES)

CREATES is a consortium of academic and research institutes whose overall objective is to conduct and promote the conduct of cutting-edge innovative and relevant research in Therapeutic Sciences and medical genetics that address key health issues.

Strathmore Centre for Value Investing, SCVI, is a research centre in the School Of Finance and Applied Economics. It aims to foster investment research aimed at uncovering value for investors in undervalued companies and sectors. Generally in these sectors, information asymmetry is prevalent, and opportunities to unlock value exist. SCVI aims to develop solid criteria for obtaining reasonable and consistent returns commensurate with risk using fundamental analysis. Climate Innovation Centre Kenya

The Kenya Climate Innovation Center (CIC) provides holistic, country-driven support to accelerate the development, deployment and transfer of locally relevant climate and clean energy technologies. Centre for Research in Education (C4Rie)

The Centre for Research in Education, C4RiE, aims to promote research in all aspects of teaching and learning, in an atmosphere of freedom and responsibility to further the holistic and integral development of the human being.  It interacts with practitioners and research experts in education and education related fields. Some of its activities include: engagement with researchers interested in education through research projects and consultancies; providing training in education management and pedagogy; knowledge transfer through research publications, joint seminars and workshops; giving suggestions to policy makers, technocrats and government on how to improve education strategies, policies and plans; development of action research projects that address specific challenges.
